 Welcome to Set The Bar! We are two bar partners turned business partners. After working together for years, we decided to bring our skills to a new market. We pride ourselves on being a boutique bar service, but how did we get here? Hannah is originally from Florida and moved to Tennessee 11 years ago. Cassandra grew up in Kodak, TN, just between Knoxville and the Great Smoky Mountains. After meeting at work, we have spent years working on our skills, palates, and knowledge in the bar industry. We are both mothers to some of the most wonderful kids out there; it is an important value of ours to model being business leaders striving to be the best. Our goal is to bring an elevated, custom experience to bar service in East Tennessee.  

While we have honed our craft with every spirit, we specialize in bourbon and gin. The complexity and range of both these spirits allow us to make gorgeous, one-of-a-kind cocktails. We have become known for our Build Your Own Old-Fashioned bars, with several craft-made syrups and bitters. We focus on utilizing craft and small-batch products, using local companies whenever we are given the opportunity. 

We have over 20 years of combined experience in bartending. We have honed our passions for delivering beautiful and delicious cocktails at multiple establishments where we have created craft recipes used for their signature cocktails. We have implemented service standards and training methods to elevate the service with every team we have led. When we decided to make the move to focus on private events we took those standards with us to deliver them to you! 

Our services involve an extensive consultation to focus our techniques on what your vision is for your affair. We choose thoughtfully crafted recipes and let you decide what to sample at a prepared tasting. We pride ourselves on getting to know more about you and what flavors excite your senses. By involving you in the entire process we hope to bring a fresh perspective on recipes that will elevate your event and exhilarate your guests. We will facilitate a simple ordering process, pickup and delivery, and work with your venue for you so you can  concentrate on more important aspects of the function. We aim to streamline the entire process of the occasion so you have less to worry about and more to enjoy.

These aren't your average recipes you'll find in every bar, these are specific and tailored menus that will leave your guests enchanted.
